LONNIE E. CHUNN, J.D.

Lonnie Chunn is a partner in the San Antonio, Texas office of Chunn Price & Harris, PLLC. Mr. Chunn has a bachelor in business administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. He attended law school at Baylor School of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1971 and he has practiced in the field of civil litigation for 50 years.

Mr. Chunn is admitted to practice in Texas State Courts, The United States Supreme Court, The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and The United States Federal District Court for the Western District of Texas. He has tried multiple civil jury trials to successful conclusion throughout the State of Texas.

During his legal career, Mr. Chunn has been engaged by numerous insurance companies to defend their insureds. He has represented and defended individuals, financial institutions, real estate developers and brokers, condominium associations, homeowners' associations, all types of professionals and business entities, and various governmental entities.

A sampling of clients currently represented by Mr. Chunn includes Western World Insurance Company and Church Mutual Insurance Company.

TIMOTHY R. PRICE, J.D.

Timothy Price is a partner in the San Antonio, Texas office of Chunn Price & Harris, PLLC. For over 38 years, he has practiced in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, primarily working on personal injury lawsuits, construction disputes, insurance defense matters, and also advising small businesses. He is also served as a mediator for over 25 years. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Price served as staff counsel for USF&G Insurance Company and was lead staff counsel for Continental Insurance Company.

Mr. Price is admitted to practice in Texas State Courts by the Supreme Court of Texas as well as The United States Supreme Court, The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and The United States Federal District Courts for both the Southern District and Western District.

Mr. Price completed his mediation training in 1995 and has served as a mediator in civil litigation for the over 25 years. Mr. Price has also been approved by the Texas State Bar to serve as an attorney ad-litem. He also has first chair trial experience in over nine Texas counties including Bexar, Collin, Dallas, Maverick, Nueces, Tarrant and Travis counties.

A list of clients currently represented by Mr. Price includes BITCO Insurance Company; Western World Insurance, Church Mutual Insurance Company and Field Construction, Inc.

Mr. Price has a bachelor in business administration degree from the University of Iowa. He attended law school at St. Mary's University of San Antonio, Texas and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1985.

DAVID G. HARRIS, J.D.

David Harris is a partner in the firm of Chunn Price & Harris, PLLC. For over 25 years, Mr. Harris’ practice primarily involved products liability, civil and commercial litigation, engineering malpractice, construction disputes, insurance defense matters, and also advising small businesses. Mr. Harris has been counsel to various automobile, recreational vehicle and watercraft manufacturers.

Mr. Harris also previously practiced with the national law firm of Holland & Knight in their San Antonio and New York City offices. There, Mr. Harris' practice primarily consisted of litigation of major aviation disasters representing airlines and commercial litigation involving overseas industrial manufacturers.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Harris worked as an aerospace engineer for the U.S. Air Force. In that capacity, Mr. Harris served as a principal engine investigator for F-15 and F-16 fighter airplane crashes, and had project engineering duties related to the maintenance, repair and overhaul of gas turbine engines.

Mr. Harris obtained his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from New Mexico State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1997.

He is admitted to practice law in Texas, New Mexico and New York state courts and in various federal courts in Texas and New York.
